We require all clients to provide us with a card to keep securely on file in order to schedule an appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you do not follow our cancellation & No-Show Policy.

If you're unable to keep your appointment, we ask you to please notify us of your cancellation/ reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to try and fill the appointment time with another client. Cancellations/ Reschedules made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of your service total. If you No Call/ No Show your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of the service(s) you were scheduled for.  

*It's very important to understand your appointment still stands even if you don't confirm through our texting notifications. We do not remove you and assume you are coming until you formally cancel. You must call or text  the salon to cancel if you cannot make it. Failure to do so  will result in the actions above.

Late Policy

Haircut appointments: if you’re 15 mins late you may need to reschedule

Color appointments: appointment may need to be adjusted to what we have enough time for.

 

Sick Policy

Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick.

Please call or text the salon to let us know that you are not coming.

You will not be charged for canceling due to illness or an emergency

Even with a mask, please do not come if you’re sick.
